The Hamlet

When walking in the Hameau de Fallot, the visitor is caught by the charm of the hamlet, totally atypical in its configuration. Initially, a simple farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, which has first been extended and then accompanied by five new stone buildings.

Abandoned for twenty years, this site has sparked many renovation ambitions. Including that of Ada and Jérémie, who literally dreamed of it, aware of the multiple possibilities offered by these spaces, scattered over fifteen hectares.

The Project

Chevaux
Le hameau de Fallot

Located around the active village of l'Isle Bouzon, the Fallot & Cie association proposes social and cultural activities, promotes meetings, around eco-construction workshops, lectures on the arts and essays, concerts, a vintage bike ride L'Auroue dans l'Rétro (the first edition of which took place in September 2020), game evenings...

Our project also includes an ecotourism component with the construction and rental of three ecolodges and a gite. An agricultural part, following the acquisition of 10 additional hectares, approved for organic farming will soon follow. There is no shortage of projects in the project.

The Team

Les associés de Fallot

The team have a history rich in diverse experiences. Jérémie, electrician-plumber, and Julien, carpenter in an eco-construction association, have already carried out new construction and renovation projects together.

Les associés de Fallot

Vincent, formerly an engineer, installed as a carpenter in the region, and Jean Baptiste, account manager and planner on water networks in Ile-de-France, have set up an association supporting the development of an orphanage in Benin. And Ada, once a veterinarian and acupuncturist in the area, now coordinator of economic assistance projects for the Red Cross.

And their extended families and friends who lend a hand to the entire project, as soon as time permits, creating not only new links but also moments of conviviality with neighbors and inhabitants of the surrounding villages. All this added together, builds the Spirit of Fallot.
